Some Video Sharing Sites, i.e. video.yahoo.com, may ask users confirm their personal information in the first time users upload a video. Video Upload Pro won't do this automatically. Users should manually upload a video before using this software on each site.

During the uploading, the PC should NOT be in Screen-Saver status. Otherwise, the uploading may fail.

When Video Upload Pro is uploading a video, we suggest users do not use the browser to surf on internet and exit all Instant Messengers, i.e. MSN messenger and Yahoo messnger. Users don't have to do this . However, in certain situations, these software may cause the uploading fail on certain video sites.

Different sites may have different uploading guides. Video Upload Pro uploads whatever users provide. It is users' responsibility to follow these guides. For example, on some sites, tags (keywords) should be more than 3 letters, and can't include each other ('games' and 'video games' are not allowed as tags at the same time). If users don't follow these guides, the uploading will fail. Users will have to manually fix the error or skip the site.

On some video sites, i.e. MySpace, they don't show any uploading progress information. If the size of the video file is large or the connection is slow, please be patient. Sometimes, users need scroll up/down the browser tab to see the uploading progress on the video sharing sites.

During the uploading, sometimes, it may show uploading error or 'page can not be displayed'. It could be because of the video sites' server problem or the users' slow connection . In this case, users have to Reload the site, or just skip it. We recommend broad-band connection for using this software.

If your connection is slow, launch IE, and go to menu Tools->Internet Connection->Advanced, Scroll down and uncheck all the checkbox under MutilMedia. It will make the uploading a little bit faster.
I downloaded and installed the software, but I got this error: "To

I keep getting some kind of window pop-up and says "Just-In-Time
Debugging". It gives me options for possible debuggers, the software stops
responding until I press yes or no if I want to use a debugger. How to turn
that OFF?
Click Start->Control Panels->Internet Options: Advanced and Activate. Check the checkbox) "Disable Script Debugging (Internet Explorer)" and "Disable Script Debuggung (Other)". The popup will not show up again.
My
keyboard and mouse don't response any more, and it seems Video Upload
Pro stop working? Do I have to reboot my PC?
No, you don't have to reboot the PC. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL (3 keys) at the same time, it will popup a system window. Then, the keyboard and mouse will be unlocked.
I'm
using Auto Mode to upload the video. It seems the software stop at one site and
it is not uploading. How can let the software continue to the next site?
It could be because the video site's server is too busy, or your connection is slow at the moment. You can always use 'Next' or 'Reload' button to skip or reload the current site.
Can I run Video Upload Pro on other Operating Systems?
Video Upload Pro runs on Windows Operating Systems, including Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows 2000, Windows 98 SE.
Why do I need to login to my account to use Video Upload Pro?
To use Video Upload Pro, users need to login to their account first. This is a security measure that helps protect the software's copyright. When it is running, the software verifies users account information at random time intervals, if it finds the user's account is not valid, it will disable the key functions.
What if the website is shut down in the future, could I still use
Video Upload Pro?
Currently, we do not foresee any circumstances where we would find it necessary to shut down the website. However, in the unlikely event that this was to occur, we would release a final version to all our users, which would not require users to login to the account to run Video Upload Pro.
